Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. As bad as it gets for crowd. Nobody wins here and the most horrible policy imaginable for 100s of people smoking in the non-s

As bad as it gets for a casino. Please don't waste your time or our hard earned money here. Basically very little english speaking here. Absolute uncontrolled customers smoking in the non-smoking sections and hundreds more walking through. I have seen the most arrogant patrons smoking under the big non-smoking signs. The worst part of it is the the security guards are told not to bother these people smoking in the non-smoking sections unless someone asks. I have seen these same people smoking very close to elderly patrons with oxygen.That does not even include the horrible rationb of people winning decent amounts of money or getting a bonus that is more then a few dollars. No real concerns about the above problems as it has not changed one bit in the 7-10 years I think it has been open.
