Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. PaternityUSA is A Great Company

I recently purchased this product and was very pleased with it. I was surprised with how easy it was to use as well as how quick it was to get the result .. I used this kit in Hope's to get answers to a very long unanswered question..I was not sure exactly what I was expecting but I was a surprised at the results I got..now I am just taking it one day at a time and trying to rebuild a relationship with my family
