Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. She's incredible! Must have!

Diana is such a wonderful attorney, probably the best out there. Really, if I could get through my divorce without murdering my husband, you know she's talented. She's neutral, she's fair, she's understanding, and she's professional. She listens. I thought my husband was just going to get everything (as always), but she really took my side into account and helped us work out an even share. She took a very bad situation and made into something manageable. Now I'll never have to see him again! (And he's still alive to tell about it!) She's well worth hiring, I can assure you, because she'll get you what you need without allowing WWIII.
