Pearle Vision

It's a little ridiculous that my son didn't have a mask on two days ago and nobody said anything but this time it was a huge deal.

I went to Pearle vision off of Roosevelt on June 8 with my daughter who is 11 and my son who is 18 months old. A lady name Ashley helped me and she was phenomenal she put us in a room because she understood my son wanted to run around and she accommodated me so well. I went on July 10 to put the order in for the glasses and right when I walked in I was told that my son needed to wear a mask or they could not help me. Then I tried telling if you are under two it is not mandatory to wear a mask and then two other boys joined which I felt I was being ganged up on. And proceeded to tell me that I need to find a sitter for my son or leave him with somebody else and I told them I don't have anybody else I'm a stay at home mom. And they shrugged her shoulders and said my son needed a mask. I felt that they were being racist because I was the only white person in there and it was the black man that made his way out of nowhere to come and start talking to me and telling me I need to find a sitter when two other employees were coming at me already telling me the same stuff. And the two other girls were Mexican but when I was in there two days ago the white lady helped me and she was able to accommodate me when there was about seven other customers in there but this time there was no other customers in there I went right when they opened. I also called back for the names of those people and they told me they could not give them to me they could only give me to the manager .
