Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I will NEVER shop there again!

This morning I witnessed the shops owner Gloria, screaming and cursing the clerk out. Calling her f-ing stupid among other nasty comments. Not only did I leave because of the total disrespect and the verbal assault the owner Gloria was accosting upon her employee but so did several other women. It terrifies me to think about if there had children present and watching this woman acting this way. I will never again go in this store. Not only did I witness this but an employee of the thrift store I formed me that Gloria also has something hateful and ugly to say about every one who comes into her store. Rather calling them stupid when they leave, or too fat to have found anything in her store. Among other incredibly distasteful comments about those buying from her store. I think she needs anger management classes.
