This business is not recommended I had my dog ten years and he treated me like she was nothing

This business has been a nightmare he cremated my dog in hazel town pa but picked her up from Manhattan ny at the humane society . I don't think he is registered nor licensed in the state or county in ny that's why he took her to pa to cremate her I got her ashes back with no identification on the ashes from that cemetery I don't know what he did with her collar he has been very secretive and his coworker with information about my dog his crematory in pa is under a different name and he tried to not give me that information at first he is hiding something I don't even know if this is her he has told me am I on drugs when asked how long will the name plate take in the mail he also told me that have a good night when asked can he send a process box with the service he did so far he gave me a cremation certificate from ny services then he finally gave me the right certificate when that's what I asked for in the first place he he blocked my number he told me he has no proof only a log book which he can be writing anything in it he has someone working with him in pa and he also has been hiding things why if you did a cremation why is the only proof a log book that is not a valid one I didn't even know the cremation was in pa he didn't want me to know this is very shady
