They are serving their food without proper inspection of what is going into it

I purchased a bowl of noodles from this place and when I got home to open the box i found a chunk of hair, I believe it to be a chunk of eye lash from the animal/meat. I went back to tell them and they claimed that the bowl of noodles did not come from them even though I have a receipt. They told me to go away and they will not help me. I do not want a refund but want the business health and safety inspected. They are serving their food without proper inspection of what is going into it
