Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I searched for a realtor to sell my home, that search lead me to interview 15 realtors before I found one that I could put my trust in and that realtor was Phyllis Harb. She sold my home at 1206 Winchester Ave. Glendale, CA.91201 Phyllis and her company have been there for me long after the sell of my home, and continue to be there for me!! Thank you Phyllis!
