Platium Plus Auto Protects ??

The intake manifold needed to be replaced on my vehicle. Naturally they denied they claim stating that it's not listed as a being covered. However, they listed items not covered by they plan. It's not listed there either. Has Palmer ever paid a claim to a customer ?? Isn't it fraud if you offer a service but never provide one ??
