Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Bestish place to buy account

After using there service off and on for 5+ years. There customer service is acceptable they verify for both seller and buyer. It's certainly a huge pain but worth it knowing your somewhat secure. It help prevents those scammers coming back and making a new account. I'd recommend only buying from users that have at least verified seller badge with years on website and or a lot of feedback. I also got scammed out of 800+ dollars. At first I lost dispute provided more evidence and won it. Make sure you do due diligence and get all the info on accounts before hand as they're never enough evidence. The customer service is willing to make accommodations for payment verification or ID etc if you explain your situation. All in all I would recommend but with extreme caution.
