Poor customer service!

I ended up not staying here, but they were very rude I had me my boyfriend and a friend of mine in the car only me and my boyfriend was going to be staying and my friend was just going to hang out with us they had actually gone out to my car when I was trying to get the room and told my friend she had to move the car because we couldn't park there (we were in a parking space that had no sign that said we couldn't park there and I had the keys so she couldn't move it) they then proceeded to say that if we were just getting the room for us then my friend couldn't come in or it would be an additional $15 so I was just going to pay for 3 people and get it over with they lady was very very very rude after I said I didn't have cash to pay the $50 deposit on top of the $70 I was already paying for the room she said I could pay in cash credit or debit so I was like ok so I can pay with my card she said yes and it was a back and forth all while the guy who was working was harassing my friend and yelling at her banging on our car door. Don't be rude and bang on peoples doors when they don't have parking to begin with, or just not be open.
