Places people on a "do not see list" for missing an appointment that was never confirmed.

The scheduling secretary did not confirm the right date of my appointment and I missed my appointment now. I'm on the do not see list. I've been seeing that dentistry practice since I was a little boy. The secretary is very unprofessional and she does not know how to confirm an appointment date. I got no reminders and no calls. They are treating Dr. Lee Jess's old dentistry like it's a little chocolate factory because he had all of the best patients that grew up in Minnesota Grand Rapids, especially. Fire that secretary. And not be so quick to put people on the do not call list because they have a brain injury like myself.
