The business needs to be shut down it's not a business it's a scam and a hoax

I ordered a pair of shorts on July 26, 2022 and was told on the company website there are delays due to a transition in warehouses and that it would be up to 12 days of fulfillment I reached back out on August 11, 2022 and since then every week I've heard a different story and I finally googled this company and every single review approximately almost 1000 is about how they scam everyone they do not provide refund and they sent fake tracking numbers out that they accidentally messed up because it said my package was delivered to not only the wrong address but two the year of 2020 and we are currently living in 2022 it's kind of funny thank God I have Chase I receive my money back but I had to file a dispute and I feel bad for anyone dealing with this company because they are on Instagram with almost 200,000 followers and are scamming a lot of people and they really should be held accountable whoever they are and all their websites and anything about that "company" needs to be handled. The business needs to be shut down it's not a business it's a scam and a hoax and it if you just simply look up the company and check out their Instagram you will see exactly what I'm talking about it doesn't take Albert Einstein to figure out what's going on I just I'm a very patient person and give the benefit of the doubt but in this case there is no benefit of the doubt so this company just needs to be held accountable for their actions I don't know if that means jail or what but yeah lol
