It is upsetting that they dare to rent a room to people when they know they are full of roaches.

We arrived at the hotel and just in the parking lot we could perceived an odor, but we didn't pay much attention. We proceed to check in, but left to go for dinner and I didn't check the room. When we came in around 930 and headed to our room the stairs have a pee odor. When we arrived to the room which smell bad and then my children's started to point to bugs on the walls and it was roaches, roaches all over the room, behind the mirrors, on the refrigerator doors, on re tables and on the floor, also the tables Have residue of were previous drinks were set on, it was sticky. The roaches were all over the place we counted 10 or more in the lest than 5 mins that we spend in the room. I grabbed my bags and my kids and left the hotel, we ended checking in another hotel.
