I will never ever go back to this unprofessional office.

I had a urgent care visit with Dr. Siva on 9/22/21 for a congested nose I had for 3 days ( I have seasonal allergies) and a lump in my leg for 2 weeks thinking it could possibly be a blood clot. Dr. Siva asks me if I had any symptoms pertaining to covid I don't! She asks if I had been vaccinated (I haven't) automatically she is finish with my visit tells me to go get a covid test , get vaccinated and hands me a referral for a ultrasound for my leg. Fast forward the next day I have a physical schedule with her that I had been waiting 2 weeks to be seen. I receive a phone call form the receptionist saying that Dr.Siva doesn't want to do my physical schedule unless I have been vaccinated or have had a negative covid test from yesterday's visit ( I don't have any symptoms to covid) I only had a congested nose and a lump in my leg. I asks why am I being rescheduled and refused services if I am not sick? Now I being told to come in for my appointment after waiting 1 hour for them to call me back and confirm for me to come to the office. After all this I did not go to my appointment only because I knew that I would not have received the proper full service from my physical. No patients should ever be treated this way nor should I have to feel mistreated and harassed not to come to my appointment. I will never ever go back to this unprofessional office.
