So many issues with this company. We want others to be aware.

They did not have necessary equipment, they ran out of gas and ask us for some (if we are paying for service why would we supply gas) problems with equipment and wanted our tools, In the contract it was stated they would cut wood between 18 and 24 inches, Several times my husband had told them it was not right had to get a tape measure to prove nothing was correct. At one point they were loading our wood in the back of their pick-up truck and we ask what the heck they were doing he said I have cut it once and will not do it again. Ask him to give me our copy of contract he said I have already given you that which he had not and we had company here and they told him no he had not and finally gave it to me. Last straw was when they pulled out of our property they were fish tailing all the way down our lane and through gravel into grass on both sides. On the business card are the names Richard and Connie Pratt and phone numbers are (937)-207-7842 and (937)308-6506 . The young man that we dealt with said he was the owner's son. We would just like for no one else to have to go through this expense.
