Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Tim Bright feels like a fellow employee instead of an outside contractor.

I would rate Tim Bright and his accounting company a 5star the reasons are plentiful but he is very knowledgeable and up to date on tax law. Also he was willing and able to learn a software that my business uses that he was unfamiliar with and didn't charge me extra for that. He is always available to answer questions and he always delivers on the dead lines set in place. He is very reasonable with his charges and to myself and my employees he feels like a fellow employee instead of an outside contractor. I would highly recommend Tim and his firm for any tax related help a business or person needs.
