I had a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder that was financed by premier auto credit, The vehicle was paid off by another dealer because the original vehicle broke down after having it for 3 years , I made my payments on time most of the except when repairs were needed, but I was current on my payments, I was notified by premier that a refund was owed to me of $329.99 that was being mailed out approx. April 15, 2025, they were paid off as of april 9,2025, After serveral calls letting them know the refund had not been received by myself or the dealer, I was told to wait until may 30, 2025 , a cancelation would be put on the original check, and I could come into the office to pick up another, when I called to do so the supervisor, staff being giving me different excuses, and more delays, as if they are now not giving me my refund, they are rude, unprofessional, and just tell me anything to keep me from getting what's owed, refused me to speak with management to resolve this matter, Resolution Sought I just want my refund and be done with them. We are in the same state & it do not take this long to receive mail from them, It's like they don't want or intend on returning my refund to me. This has been unnecessary stress dealing them of this matter.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the postal service and at your request, a communication was sent to our accounting department to place a stop and issue another check. My car note is 469.00 I have a random balance of 1000.00 but I am up to date with my payments. I have emailed my insurance into premier atou credit several times so there is no reason I should be being charged even this much! I will be disputing and getting a lawyer. Premier auto credit keeps harassing me and I want out of my contract! Resolution Sought I want out of my contract and I want to return the car.

Currently, Ms. Reed's status on her contractual agreement is current. The issue that is pending is the lapse of full coverage insurance and/or placing Premier Auto Credit as the lien holder. We will gladly make any adjustments on the Loss Damage Waiver fees so long as Ms. Reed is able to show proof that there has been no lapse in full coverage insurance. All we require is an insurance declaration page conveying the dates of full coverage and that Premier Auto Credit is listed as the lien holder. This has been explained several times and the contractual agreement is very specific on this issue. I invite Ms. Reed to revisit her contractual agreement or she can reach us at 818-881-1234 to resolve this matter.
