Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Out of 5 stars I would no kidding rate them a 6 stars.

Premier Lending Group went beyond my wildest expectation. No one has ever worked harder on my behalf then Greg he was fantastic. I have absolutely zero complaints or concerns. Everything was prompt and thorough. We worked together for well over a month and I would be more than happy to advocate for the great service they provided me. I would and have recommended Premier Lending Group.
