Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I feel like this bank is abusing there powers

Had Pueblo federal credit union since I was 16 years old and my wife has been with them for 20 years premier members credit union brought out Pueblo horizons federal credit union they removed my wife from my account without permission we tried to fix the problem and when we got there the bank was closed tried to go through the drive though but the lady at the drive though told us to f off tried to call them but they told me that My wife has never been on my checking account I feel like this bank is abusing there powers and relagions my brother is in the same boat with this bank I don't know how bank's can do this to people and get by with if my wife wrote a check or used her checking card it would be fraud. All because of this bank we had to go to another bank so my wife would not be in trouble to write checks or use the card. Let all new consumers know about this new bank
