Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I wanted to let you know that Dawn is the absolute best and she provided me with the best customer service in getting my mother's reverse mortgage and additional funding completed this week. It was critical that this was completed, as my mother was late with behind with one of her mortgage payments and the additional funding was needed to cover her oil and other expenses. Everything got funded yesterday and Dawn provided me with consistent updates on everything. I cannot thank her enough for all of her help.
