Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Business Consumer Alliance has recently received a number of complaints regarding this companyÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢s failure to fulfill its services and honor their guarantee. Of the complaints we have received against this company in at least some cases the complaint allegations are very serious. ~~Company sends out mailers advertising an opportunity to make up or more than a 976% return on an investment of $500 per spot for their ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…â€œFun and Fuel PromotionÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Â. The solicitation claims the investor only needs to secure a spot in their promotion to receive a return on their investment 100% guaranteed. The Company claims the offer is backed by their ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…â€œGift Card Principal Security Back-Up PlanÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Â where investors choose a gift card or gift card voucher for an amount equal to their investment which they will receive if the Company is unable to return the principal investment. The net profit to be split between the Company and investors is claimed to come from Company selling vouchers to various businesses who in turn use the vouchers for customer incentives. Investors are told they would receive checks in less than 97 days. ~~Complainants allege the Company fails to provide anything after they receive investment funds inability to contact the Company to obtain refunds or to honor their guarantee. ~~In at least one case the complainant received a letter from the company along with printed gift certificates that were not equal to the value of the initial investment while another received a certificate to be included in the next offer the company promotes but no refund as guaramteed.~

If so most likely it is not a legitimate offer. Take time to investigate the offer the parties involved the business or individual soliciting the investment as well as the investmentÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢s potential. Check with state and federal authorities for any registration or licensing requirements and for complaints. The internet and social media are other resources to consult when researching an opportunity and the principals making the offer. Ask the business where they are located and obtain a physical address so that you can confirm that the company is an actual business. Request that the company provide references that have engaged in the offer previously and contact them. Do not assume the person you are speaking with is actually who they claim to be. Some outfits have company representatives or affiliates pose as customers clients or investors in an effort to maintain the scheme. Obtain all promises guarantees and conditions of the investment or offer in writing and maintain a copy for your records. It is wise never to wire money send cash or a money order to someone you do not know. Consult with a trusted advisor legal consultant or acquaintance about the offer. Do not give in to high pressure sales tactics or demands to act quickly to secure the offer. Doing so may end in a loss of your money and no return on your investment.
