The center is not helping their disabled patients properly

The director Charles staff at prestige medical adult daycare center is not helping their disabled patients properly. The center serves chicken and pork everyday, the food trays come in from a restaurant and the chicken is raw inside and the pork is not done. The food is served at 2pm cold, the salad is covered in flies and the facility director has so many complaints on the food but they do not care. The aids do not wear hair nets, lunch is supposed to be served at 1pm and it shows up late and cold. There is not enough help to get clients of the bus, one of the clients fell under the bus wheel and got hurt. Clients with disabilities cannot go to the bathroom so you can smell the urine while you eat. When the state comes in everyone is doing their job because of the state inspection and the nurses in the office sit all day from 1-6pm not tending to the clients, unless something happens to a client like falling or medical attention. Not being aware off what's going on and Fridays are paydays so no staff is on the floor. They should have a better menu not just chicken and pork, they need to be more aware of their clients, and hire more CAN's to work. Plus they should install cameras!
