Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Bad company AVOID!!!

We had her manage our property and initially everything was going well.But then she stopped sending the rent to us. She claimed it was a mix up and that she will drop it off at the door or will put it in the mail. It was all a lie. We are in the process of taking her to court for over 3 months in back rent and the deposit for the unit!! She even stopped paying the water bill which created fines for us. She also doesn't have an DRE license which makes it illegal for her to manage properties!!!
