Based upon our experience with similar offers, we believe the selling practices of this company are deceptive and misleading. Any company that suggests that individuals have been selected to test golf equipment should be able to do so without paying any money. Moreover, in our experience, these companies are not actually golf club manufacturers, but instead are using the test offer as a means of selling "knock off" type clubs at vastly inflated prices. Complaints on other companies with similar marketing plans have revealed that refunds were not given after clubs were returned, that the companies refused to to reverse credit card charges on cancelled orders, and, they generally misrepresented dates that credit cards would be processed. Most other companies have gone out of business after a few months, filed bankruptcy, or changed names and resurfaced. By law, consumers have 60 days from the billing date to dispute the charge with the credit card company. After the 60 day period, a charge cannot be reversed unless the seller consents. We suggest that you not give credit card information or any other payment unless and until you decide to purchase the equipment. If you do give your credit card, be certain to return the product and notify your credit card company within 60 days of the billing date.
