Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Poorly run small company. Do not waste your money. I spent $5000 and $400 a year to stay a member .

10 years with this company, having paid $5000 and $399 a year to be a member. It is a small, poorly run organization. They do everything they can to make things difficult. I certainly regret wasting my money. Do NOT make the mistake I did. Pass this up! I'm not saying they do anything illegal, they just make it impossible to save money, after paying all that cash to be a member. They are very difficult to work with as well, downright nasty.
