Took a month with poor excuses for not coming.

I bought a wall oven from Home Depot in Knightdale NC on the November 14th, 2020. Progressive was to install on the 23 of November. They changed it to the 3rd of December said it needed to be cut out some.. then it was changed to the 16 of December. On the 16 the guy called and said he couldn't do it on that date because he left his tools at home and would come on December 19. I had to call Progressive and asked if I needed a lawyer to get my oven installed. They then sent him out; took a month with poor excuses for not coming. Just wanted people to know what kind of service they provided.. never kept on touch. Keep changing times.
