Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Troy & Gary are such a blessing at such a challenging time

My family suffered a horrible tragedy on Tuesday when our house burnt down while we were gone. Completely devastated and in shock, hoards of people were closing in on us offering their services. We had never experienced something like this and had no idea what all these people wanted. However, Troy and Gary were a welcome site! We decided we wanted to work with them and have them blocking for us and what a great team they make! While we are still a long way off from being settled once again, I have every faith that all will be put right with trot and Gary blocking for us. Thank you, Amy
