too hard to contact if you have a problem

while they may sell awesome and unbelievable deals on their high end pearls they will not pick up their phones or answer their emails They offer free 90 day returns but only if you obtain an RMA# and since they don't answer phones or emails it is virtually impossible;e to get an RMA# for a return. maybe this is why they offer free returns (lol)
