I had my phone line with qlink out of nowhere my line got disconnected and my phone is locked with there carrier and i have tried many ways to contact them so they can unlock my phone so i can use it with another carrier and i was not able to so my phone remains locked and i cant contact any one with qlink so they can unlock my phone .... Resolution Sought i would like for qlink to contact me in any way so i can unlock my phone my email is [email protected] and my daughters email is [email protected] please contact me on any of these emails and let me know if you can resolve my issue with qlink i need to unlock my phone to be able to get a new phone number

I had my phone service with Q Link about 1-2 yrs never had a problem until now on Nov 9,2024 all of a sudden everybody called me told me my phone would say out of minutes I never had to put minutes on my phone so I put minutes anyway I still had 655 minutes why did I have to put minutes on it then on Nov 10 I had no service so I had no phone until Nov 14 I had to go buy a phone I tried calling them held on phone for 4 hrs 4 different times no one would answer I even emailed them no answer something needs to be done about that company before they do someone else like that all I want is my 100 dollars back thank you for your help the number I had with them is 9855074145 Resolution Sought Pay me my 100 dollars back I am 72 yrs old on a fixed income. Dear Beverly, In response to your inquiry please find our reply below. This letter serves as a formal response and should address all concerns and should close this inquiry in a satisfactory manner. Upon receipt of this notification, a Q Link representative has attempted to contact you regarding your account but was unsuccessful. Our records indicate, on 11/7/2024, Q Link received notification from USAC, the Lifeline program administrator, that your service was transferred to another provider. The benefit transfer is at the request of the customer. In accordance with program requirements, Q Link has proceeded with the account cancellation and has de-enrolled you from the Lifeline program. The representative reviewed the account and confirmed on 11/27/2024 Q Link issued a full refund for the 500 MB Data Bundle in the amount of $15.00 back to the payment method used at the time of purchase. For any further information regarding this transaction, we recommend you contact your bank or financial institution. Unfortunately, as the device purchased is not a Q Link device, we are unable to issue a refund in the amount of $100.00.
