I just lost my job and have been paying on my car for 5 years I have been paying, late fees and I owe 2800 they towed my car in a hardship. I have no way to come up with the funds in 10 days to get my car back. I asked to give me until the 1st to at least pay 1000 and the cvs did not update my account as advised and now my car is gone. I need help please. I am a single mother with 5 kids that I can't get to school right now, I am severely stressed out at this point, Resolution Sought Take away interest so I can get my car or take away fees owed and give me my car. I have proof of every payment made. They have over charged me and gave me no time in between hardships.
