This place needs desperately to treat the place for the black mold.

Me and my husband have stayed at this hotel for about 2 years. There is no possible way they could pass an inspection. The first, second, and fourth floor are covered in black mold that the owner, Jay Pattell, ordered his employees to simply paint over. I have witnessed first hand this man continually not pay his workers. Or fire them to get out of paying for their work. The place is disgusting and further more the black to this extent serves as a health hazard to any body staying in this building. This place needs desperately to treat the place for the black mold. Someone to inspect the hotel and force Jay Pattell to fix the issues properly or shut down. Until it's done
