Intentions of Notice- Air Conditioner Repair and Other Basic Recommendations I would like to start this communication and letter of concern by acknowledging the staff at your Bessemer Road location. This outstanding Applebee's staff is led by Mr. Miskell! His commitment to your company over the years represents pure excellence. I have watch Kevin manage your Center Point and 5 Points West locations with extreme efficiency for more than 10 years. He has also develop many young people and continues to exhibit strong leadership skills. Many long time customers write and call companies with complaints. However my approach is different as I want everyone to win. I sincerely hope your team will accept my feedback as a serious concern. In a previous letter to your team I wrote attempting to help a former manager of your company that suffered a stroke. I shared with you the people of Birmingham's great love for your Applebee 5 Points West location! Myself along with at least 40 other customers do not want to see this store fail. It is imperative that Senior Management look in to getting the air conditioner repaired at this location immediately. Visiting the Bessemer Road location yesterday while watching a NFL game. It seems the air conditioner is working at around 40 of full potential. Hopefully your help get them to move on getting the air fixed at the Bessemer Road Applebee's location in Birmingham
