On January 17, 1996, we received information that the company has vacated the address on file. On January 23, 1996, we found some company phones disconnected. Others have recordings only. Those with complaints may wish to send the company a letter, indicating the problem and how they would like to have it resolved. Letters should be sent certified mail, requesting the address where it is delivered.
