Cheated out of money by Quantum Liberty/Steve Tirella

Our story is similar to the one from North Carolina. We paid for a mortgage that never materialized. We were close to losing our home over this. Only after writing to our Senator were we able to get a loan modification. These people need to be prosecuted for what they have done.

All modification services must be fully completed before any money can be collected. It is also illegal to divide fees or services into components for the purpose of avoiding this law.

HUD approved housing counseling agencies are exempt from this law. For businesses outside of California, please check with the agency that regulates this industry.
