I don't want to have to avoid it because of employees bad behavior.

This evening at 12:30ish I went inside the Quik Mart on James Campbell Blvd. I noticed 3 employees carrying on causally the one on the floor we saw each other the other two did not see me I thought, when they did one ask me to come to the other register rather than the one I was at. Fine. As I was making may way to the other end one said"Did it hear you" the other said" I don't know did it.". I said "Excuse me?" One said "Oh we were talking about a boy that fell." I know what I heard so I kindly put all my items away took a pic of the store and got video of the ladies. I got home to call the store and ask for a manager and I discussed the situation and it so happens to be one of the ladies from earlier and she was mean and disrespectful laughing along with her coworkers she wouldn't give her name but I also have the phone conversation. These women work in a mixture community I think what or however they feel that it shouldn't be coming out at your job. I've heard about this group of ladies at the store and their remarks to some people, but I've conversation with one before and she never struck me to be anything but a person. I like this store it's convenient and clean the food is good I don't want to have to avoid it because of employees bad behavior.
