Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Initially was very disappointed with Quill - but after Business Consumer Alliance contacted them...Success ! Refund granted.

Ordered a Brother printer, a close-out item at low cost. Worked maybe 10 minutes total. I complained to Quill, offered to return and exchange for higher priced item but was advised return would not be okay. Exchanged some complaints then turned to Business Consumer Alliance who appealed to Quill. Quill revised their earlier stance and on receipt of the return will issue refund. Yay!
