Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Unfulfilled Promises & Poor Leads

They promise "A" leads that are "Fresh", and you get 100 old "B" leads that have been worked to death over the last 1-5 years. Then they give you what they call "A" leads, and they are still really just old leads that have not been closed yet. They promise you "TDS" leads, but then say you have to "qualify" for them, and don't end up giving you many.
