Poor service

Had a problem with the store owner..went in to pay my light bill ..he sent it to Version ..called Version to get my money back they never received it..went to talk to owner about his mistake..had to end up calling Henrico police to go with me to get my money back..was treated really badly by owner...when I called Virginia Power they claim the account I been paying my bill to was closed 4 years ago..so where was he sending my money to..he cursed me out and told me to leave his store.. File a complaint against that store for wrongful conduct against me..the way he treated me was hurtful and embarrassing..and over years there's no telling how many people he did this to..
