The employees to be held liable

The employees are very rude and unprofessional to laugh at a mother who was asking for directions to another place and to use a phone I never been treated so foul after asking for a comment card and having the door closed in my face and ignored when asking for the employees names I hope they do something about there employees who thinks it's funny to laugh at a mother who followed all the rules the business had I was wearing a mask never asked to go inside and was polite I don't understand how laughing at a crying women is okay And refusing to give information so I could get in contact with the owner of the business.
