Yesterday afternoon I called Ramsey burger and placed an order. The female on the phone could barely speak English, I go there all the time. When I arrived I went to give the girl my card, she informed me that it was cash only. I said ok I need to go to the ATM there was one there behind me. I made a joke and asked how much is the service charge $17. We laughed, I then asked how much my order was she said $13.??. For what she told me I said ok but I changed my mind and asked for a burger special and jus give me the fries, the husband turns from the grill and told me to take my money and go to McDonald's. Why he say that. Well the girl told him I ordered all these items and I didn't. Long story short he snatched the bag off the counter and told me to get out and they didn't need business from me or people like me. Hmmmsry sir but you will not tell me I said something I didn't say especially when it came from my mouth and I walked out the door and left. Apologize because I didn't do anything wrong. I feel like it's not my fault of the staff barely spoke English.
