Practice better business ethics and fire whoever was responsible!

Yesterday, I went into the Randolph branch to use the ATM, my bank card didn't work, I was told the ATM machine was not working, however that is not the case. My ATM saving card was disabled. Today, I went to use the ATM after another customer, but it does work. Not sure what's going on with your associates. Your bank left me helpless with no access to.my own funds. I need gas, food, and needed to pay a bill. I don't understand why I'm constantly being lied to by the folks that work there. This put me in a upmost , situation today. And tomorrow as well.. I was also locked out of my savings and checking accounts.
