Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They be held accountable and the person on duty last night be fired and compensation due.

I called 911 on 9-3-22 at approximately 11:00pm for my significant other because her breathing was compromised they never showed up and she died.
