I would like them to be retrained in sanitation and disinfection for there someone can develop a fungus or even a staph infection which can be deadly.

The problem with this company is that they hire service technicians without a license. I observed the salon is very dusty in most areas. The nail technicians don't disinfect and sterilize tools between customers. Tools should be submerged in solution between every client. They use same files and buffers for days. The station is filthy with nail clippings on station in corners. Looks like germs living on dirty solution containers. I observed the pedicure stations to be dirty with last customers residue around the rim of foot tub. The nail technician just filled it back up and threw some foot soak on it to conceal the dirt. I observed build up of scum around hose that supposed to clean the tub. Floor was full of nail clippings, cotton balls and who knows what else. The owner should be penalized for hiring people without a license.
