Sold me a car that engine went out the next day

Sold me a car that engine went out the next day. He didn't want to fix it at first until I threaten to call the bad business bureau on him. He then kept my car for months acting like he couldn't find a mechanic to fix it and then when he finally did he still didn't fix my car correctly. I tried to get my car registered and couldn't because he not a license dealer he's very rude to women and trying to get over on them he wouldn't give me my money back for the car and it was just the next day. I told him it was too many problems he said he'll just have to fix it cause he didn't want to give me my money back
