Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Flat out lied to by the representative and the supervisor!

Flat out lied to by the representative and the supervisor refused to review the phone call in which I was promised a certain price as well as two more prices. I provided a confirmation code and they said it didn't matter. For people to be aware that this was my 4th shady encounter with the RCN business and people should not give them their business.
