This Rental Company is a ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!

These people are SLUMLOADS in the worse way! They will destroy your property and will not pay you. They will find inventive ways to keep your security deposit, even if they have to re-stage your apartment (after you have left it in prime condition, just to take your money. They are unapologetic when it comes to racism and thievery. #Ryan Moorehead, #Denise Hernandez and #Olga Zokhrabov @ 1811-7th Street Santa Monica) are the most AMORAL people you will ever meet. How the "Powers that be", EVER allowed them to be licensed to do anything, is MIND-BLOWING! my ADVICE to ANYONE renting from the company is to "RUN FAR AND RUN FAST!!!" There aren't enough characters on this review to list the EVIL you will be faced with dealing with these MONSTERS! Especially, do not deal with Olga! She would rather walk across the Country and LIE, than walk across the street and tell the truth. I trusted her, supported her when they first took over and was the best friend she could ever have. When she lied and destroyed over $10,000 in damages in my apartment, she told me: "They told me not to talk to you". That was the beginning of the end. Battling Cancer, I foolishly gave them my account number to take my rent from. They charged me twice in one month months at a time. The first one was charged on the 28th of November and the second one on the 3rd of December. When I approached Denise, she says it was a glitch, which was bullshit! My account was bouncing checks EVERYWHERE and she didn't care! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! Why else would their Office be in a non-descript building? You can't go in, their mail is in a box across the street and you have NO ACCESS to them, except by phone. I resent having to give them even 1 star! They are not worthy of any. It's a RIP-OFF Realtor Company!
