When I asked for my money back I was given the runaround by the sales man

I ordered a black bunk bed and two mattresses for my children. The company delivered an espresso color bunkbed and refurbished mattresses. When I asked for my money back I was given the runaround by the sales man. he said the bed could not be ordered in black because the company doesn't make it in black. I asked why didn't he tell us that when we ordered it. Because we threw out our children's beds and it appeared we wouldn't be getting our money back we told them to redeliver the bed and send the mattresses we picked out. The redelivered the bed and sent us refurbished mattresses again. This transaction was in the heart of the Covid 19 outbreak.
