Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Seller of Real Life Homes, broke contract based off an inspection report that came back to show discrepancies.

Seller of Real Life Homes, Ty Bernard , broke contract based off an inspection report that came back to show discrepancies. The home was posted by a broker offering acceptance of FHA applicants. When we decided to get in contract he was still showing the home and accepting offers. Then he told me that he agreed to do the necessary fixes and signed off on it, but when he found out one of the repairs was gonna require extra looking into. He wanted to back out which I already signed a contract. The guy did everything to bash my realtor and tarnish his reputation. He also, harassed my realtor jeopardizing my deal. I will like the company to suffer the consequences of there actions.
