Description: On May 16, 2013 The California Bureau of Real Estate filed a Desist and Refrain Order against Realty Executives and its principal.

The order was filed in the public interest after the Commissioner caused an investigation to be made into the activities of the defendant.

Based on the investigation the Commissioner was able to determine that the defendant had engaged in acts or practices in violation of California Business and Professions codes. The violations include, but were not limited to engaging in the business of, acting in the capacity of, advertising, or assuming to act, as real estate broker in the State of California without a current broker license.

The Desist and Refrain Order prohibits the defendant from performing any acts or practices within the State of California for which a real estate broker license is required.

Upon entry the Order was finalized.
